This is the most recent firmware for Samsung Galaxy Note 5, called N920CXXU2BPB6. It was released in February/2016 and has the most recent bug corrections and the most awaited Marshmellow version (6.0.1) upgrade for android with Touchwiz interface, since it was still on Lollipop (5.1.1) until now. Besides that, it is not related to any carrier. In other words, no carrier bloatware.
This firmware was released for Cambodia, but you will be able to use it in any country and any language with no problems. Just make sure that your phone model version is really SM-N920C and it is also carrier unlocked.More info on the update:
