[TUT] how to Flash Firmware by SP Flash Tool

What's needed:

• USB data cable
• MediaTek USB VCOM drivers
• SP Flash Tool ( Latest version MTK Flash Tool v. 5.1343.01 (18.10.2013))

• First of all, make sure that you have MediaTek DA USB VCOM drivers installed.

Flashing the whole ROM

• First of all open SP Flash Tool, then clickScatter-loading button to load the correct scatter file
  (MT6575_Android_scatter_emmc.txt orMT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt, depending on which phone you have) for your device and ignore any message that may appear.

• Turn off your phone, remove the battery and replace it after some seconds (and don't turn on the phone).
• Press F9 (or hit Download button) and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
  The process will start and a red progress bar will appear.

• After the red progress bar is complete, there will appear a purple progress bar.

• Right after the purple progress bar is complete, a message will appear underneath it:
  “Please insert USB cable in x seconds” and then the download will start right away (you will see the yellow progress bar filling up).

• When the yellow bar is complete, you'll get a popup with a green circle and Download OKmessage,
  which means that the process has been successfully terminated.

• You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on. The process ends here.

Flashing only part of the ROM

• In case you want to flash just one part of the ROM, that is also possible. In the shown example, only recovery image will be flashed.
  Deselect all parts except the one(s) you want to flash and then press F9 (or hit Downloadbutton).

• The tool will immediately show a warning because not all parts are selected, but you should continue anyway. Safely press Yes to continue.

• The download of the chosen partition image will start and after the yellow bar is complete, the popup with the green circle should appear.

• Please note that, even though it isn't mandatory to select it on the list of images to flash,
  preloader file must be present in the same folder as the other partition(s) that you want to flash, or else phone will not be able to enter into download mode.

Attention: Please follow the instructions carefully. I will not take any responsibility on whatever may happen with your phone.

Very important warning: Always make sure that you trust the sources of the ROM you download and know that it is meant for your phone. 
After flashing a wrong preloader, your phone will be completely dead (can't be powered on, it will not charge and won't be detected anymore by the computer) and there is no way to recover it.

MTK Flash tool v. 5.x fix a critical bug about SP Flash Tool 3.x where the SP Flashtool reads iincorrectly the scatter file of some new mobile based on MTK6582 (error: recovery partition is not flashable).

[Fix] Permanently IMEI Fix for MTK Device

What is IMEI:-------------------------------------------IMEI Stand for International Mobile Station Equipment Identity which is a unique 15 digit identity code of each phone. If you lose this code, you won’t be able to make any calls or track your Phone once its lost. The IMEI number is used by a GSM network to identify valid devices and therefore can be used for stopping a stolen phone from accessing that network. For example, if a mobile phone is stolen, the owner can call his or her network provider and instruct them to “blacklist” the phone using its IMEI number. This renders the phone useless on that network and sometimes other networks too, whether or not the phone’s SIM is changed. You can find you IMEI No by entering *#06# on the dialpad. In this guide I’ll help you to restore your lost IMEI No. which is generally lost due to installing custom ROM, using improper method for rooting etc. One can easily find your phone’s model through your IMEI No.
How to Fix Invalid IMEI:-------------------------------------------First you need to download some files. like:Fix File:Download hereAndroid Driver Software for PC:Download here-------------------------------------------STEP # 1:Extract the downloaded files on the PC. You can use WinRAR or 7zipper to Extract.
STEP #2:Then Turn on USB debugging mod on your phone & connect your phone on PC by USB data cable.
STEP #3:Then Open "All ANdroid Driver" Folder and the Driver Software Install on your operating system. And restart your computer. I think you can do it easily. If your Install Driver Software before the new will. Then Disconnect your phone on PC.
STEP #4:Install MauiMETA 3G and run it. Use USB COM and from Options menu select Connect smart phone in meta mode.
STEP #5:Press Reconnect and connect phone in switched off state with battery. The blinking led will become yellow and you can see “Connected with target”
STEP #6:Now from drop down menu select IMEI download. Click OK till you see IMEI download box.
STEP #7:Click Change NVRAM Database File and browse toMT6582 DB FileMT6582BPLGUInfoCus...(Chose from your MTK)Then Click OK on any warning.
STEP #8:Leave IMEI Increasemnt 0. Write first 14 digits of your IMEI in IMIE box and last 15th digits will go in check sum(should be entered automatically). Eg:- if IMEI is 123456789123456, write 12345678912345 in imei and 6 in checksum. Do same for Sim_2
STEP #9:Press Download To Flash. You will see Download IMEI to flash successfully. Now close the box (or Alt+F4 or close from task manager if stuck).
STEP #10:Restart the phone, see the magic
