This is the most recent firmware for Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo, called G903MUBU1APB5. It was released in February/2016 and has the most recent bug corrections to Lollipop version (5.1.1) of android with Touchwiz interface, besides having the advantage of not being related to any carrier. In other words, no carrier bloatware.
This firmware was released for Brazil, but you will be able to use it in any country and any language with no problems. Just make sure that your phone model version is really SM-903M and it is unlocked.More info on the update:
